GivingTuesday is a social-media-fueled worldwide generosity movement. Held in November after Thanksgiving, it’s the serotonin-boosting, difference-making counter to holiday consumerism that kicks off in America with Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Use the hashtags #GivingTuesdayCA and #GivingTuesday on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to share your involvement or to promote your cause. It’s an effective strategy to boost donations and visibility as the charitable season approaches. To be part of it, simply use the hashtag and launch your GivingTuesday campaign. This often involves setting up an online donation page and initiating peer-to-peer fundraising.
